| 1. | Install the temperature sensor near the cylinder-head outlet; fabricate/tap as required. |
| 2. | Bypass/remove the OEM pump; seal the engine casing with a suitable blanking cap/plate. |
| 3. | Mount the pump to avoid air pockets (prefer vertical orientation); follow the flow-direction arrow. |
| 4. | Remove thermostats that restrict flow below the chosen start temperature. |
| 5. | Set the controller (start 35–45 °C / max 55–65 °C), fill and bleed the system – do not run dry. |
