3.2 Further information on the right of withdrawal can be found in the seller's withdrawal policy.

4) Prices and Payment Terms

4.1 Unless otherwise stated in the seller's product description, the prices indicated are total prices including statutory VAT. Any additional delivery and shipping costs will be indicated separately in the respective product description.

4.2 In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred which the seller is not responsible for and which must be borne by the customer.

4.3 The payment methods available to the customer are communicated in the seller's online shop.

4.4 If advance payment by bank transfer has been agreed, payment is due immediately after conclusion of the contract.

4.5 If a payment method offered via the payment service "PayPal" is selected, payment is processed via PayPal. The seller may assign payment claims to PayPal. Further information can be found in the PayPal terms of use.

5) Delivery and Shipping Conditions

5.1 Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

5.2 If delivery fails for reasons attributable to the customer, the customer shall bear the costs incurred.

5.3 The risk of accidental loss transfers to entrepreneurs upon delivery to the transport company; for consumers upon receipt of the goods.

5.4 The seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in the event of incorrect or improper self-supply.

5.5 Self-collection is not possible.

6) Retention of Title

If the seller makes an advance payment, he retains title to the delivered goods until the purchase price owed has been paid in full.

7) Liability for Defects (Warranty)

7.1 For entrepreneurs, the following applies: the seller has the choice of subsequent performance, one-year limitation period for new goods, no liability for defects in used goods.

7.2 The above limitations of liability do not apply in the event of fraud, for claims for damages, or for statutory update obligations.

7.3 Entrepreneurs retain unrestricted statutory recourse rights.

7.4 Merchants are obliged to inspect the goods immediately and to notify any defects.

7.5 Consumers are requested to report obvious transport damage immediately.

8) Liability

8.1 The seller is liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, guarantees, or statutory liability.

8.2 In the event of slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

8.3 Otherwise, liability is excluded.

8.4 These provisions also apply to the seller's vicarious agents and legal representatives.

9) Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this only applies insofar as the protection granted is not withdrawn by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has his habitual residence.

10) Alternative Dispute Resolution

The seller is neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
