The original quickshifter or blipper sensor on modern superbikes is typically a non-adjustable, spring-loaded mechanical switch. It requires significant foot pressure to activate, which can lead to premature wear on the shift forks, causes a harsh and wooden shift feel, and leads to unnecessary rider fatigue.
This fully plug-and-play system with OEM-compatible connectors and a matching shift rod replaces the original sensor and allows you to independently and precisely adjust the required pressure for both upshifts and downshifts.
The result: smoother shifting, reduced mechanical wear, and significantly improved riding dynamics.

IRC components interface directly with your motorcycle’s engine management and sensor systems. Installed correctly, they deliver reliable performance for years — so here is what matters most.
Installation should be carried out by an experienced mechanic who is confident working with the electronic components of modern motorcycles:
- Ignition coils
- Throttle position sensor (TPS)
- Gear position sensor
- Throttle grip / twist grip sensor
- Demand sensor
- Fuel injectors
Equally important during installation:
- Work carefully — seat all connectors fully, keep contacts dry and corrosion-free, observe torque values.
- Mind the cable management — route wiring free of chafing with sufficient slack, away from hot and moving parts, and secure it properly.
- Follow the IRC installation instructions — sequence, pin assignment and operating parameters are product-specific.
- Be able to read fault codes — most irregularities after a modification can be narrowed down within minutes.
A solid understanding of the rest of the motorcycle’s electronics and of how the components interact is just as valuable. If you are unsure, have the installation done by a specialist workshop or an experienced racing mechanic — and feel free to contact us with technical questions.

Key Technical Features Plug-&-Play installation Vehicle-specific kit with dedicated silicone hoses and professional wiring – designed for straightforward installation. IEC temperature management The IEC system reads coolant temperature data via CAN-Bus and an additional sensor integrated in the pump, then controls pump and fan output to maintain optimal engine temperature. Proportional cooling control Monzatech ECU dynamically increases or decreases coolant flow and airflow according to real thermal demand. CAN diagnostic functionality retained The CAN connector is split to keep the original diagnostic connector functionality (and battery maintainer functionality, where applicable). LED status diagnostics + fail-safe behavior LED ring indicates system status (green = OK, red = warning). In case of IEC malfunction, the bike’s cooling system returns to stock “ex factory” operation. Safety note Never switch on the pump without coolant – the mechanical seal must run lubricated. Remove fairings (and the ignition lock cover) to access the cooling circuit and wiring paths. 2. Drain the coolant: remove the radiator bleed screw, then remove the radiator cap and fully bleed the system. 3. Install MONZATECH silicone hoses (with the supplied black metal clamps). Mount the pump bracket, fit the 45° hose (trim to center the pump on the bracket), and secure the pump. 4. Fill and bleed the system: pour coolant into the radiator and squeeze the silicone hoses several times to release air until the coolant level remains constant. Never power the pump without coolant. 5. Mount the ECU bracket on the left engine crankcase (together with the OEM relay bracket), then fix the ECU in position. 6.
