2-piece puller for racing alternator rotor
When pulling rotors with the two-piece puller:
- First, carefully remove the aluminum threaded washer (with nut head). With newer versions, removing the nut/threaded washer is not necessary, as sufficient thread is available. Engage the outer puller completely.
- Tighten the central puller bolt until the rotor is released.
- On some models, the bolt securing the rotor may need to be loosened so that the puller can press against it to release it.
